Taking Leadership to New Heights with Sue Hornblow

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (TLCP) is a true breakthrough among 360 degree profiles. It is the first to connect a number of well-researched competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behaviour. Ultimately, TLCP goes to the sources of behaviour to get greater leverage on change. Furthermore, unlike most profiles that take hours to interpret, TLCP integrates all this information in a way that brings the key issues to the surface.

Over the last decade, The Leadership Circle has risen to the top tier of leadership assessments, and is preferred by executive and leadership development professionals worldwide.

About the workshop

Working with Sue Hornblow, the workshop runs for 4 days and will equip you with everything you need to know to be able to effectively use The Leadership Circle with your clients or within your organisation.

During the first 3 days (C1) you will gain in-depth knowledge about the Universal Model of Leadership and the stage of development frameworks upon which The Leadership Circle Profile™ is built. Our unique integration of psychological, leadership, and development theory will provide you with transformational insights to help your clients increase their leadership effectiveness. You will also get practical experience with debriefing the profile, learning how the LCP assessments can support powerful and transformative conversations to create a platform of ongoing development for your leaders.

To deepen and accelerate your knowledge at certification, prior to the program you will take The Leadership Circle Profile and have a full debriefing with a certified coach. This can take a month to do and so we ask that you register before May 7. June 1 is the last date that we will accept registrations.

On the optional fourth day you will complete the Collective Leadership Certification (CLC), learning how to work with the Leadership Culture Survey™ and how The Leadership Circle framework can be used with leadership teams to improve organisational performance.

The training is useful for both internal and external practitioners. Prior executive coaching or development program experience is required. This workshop is most suited for:

  • Executive and leadership coaches
  • HR and Organisational Development professionals
  • Management consultants

After completing the compulsory 3 days of the workshop (C1) and a Reflective Learning Exercise you will be certified to use:

If you choose to complete the Collective Leadership Certification (CLC) on the final day you will also become certified to use:

We do have spaces for our existing TLC coaches wishing to take a refresher course.
