In this all full day workshop Cillín Hearns and Sam Noster share with you everything you need to know to lose weight and keep it off forever.  During this interactive workshop you will develop your own personal strategy for long-lasting health and vitality.  Some of the topics include:

  • The human body and weight loss
  • The plateauing effect
  • Exercise safety
  • Dismantle the beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your dream body
  • Understand your value system and how this impacts on your every decision
  • The nutrition and energy balance formula
  • The fads and myths of dieting
  • Understanding goal-setting theory

About Cillín Hearns
Cillín Hearns is an Irishman loving his life in New Zealand. As the owner and director of Results Coaching Cillín is passionate about the personal and professional development of his clients.  He achieves this through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and presentations.

Cillín has always had a fascination for understanding the psychology that helps people perform at their very best.  As an experienced presenter and workshop facilitator, Cillín has been invited to speak at all types of events such company leadership planning days, professional body meetings, and even the TEDxYouth@Thordon event in 2016! On top of all this he runs the Wellington Leadership Group and Wellington Coaches Network Group.

On the personal side of things, Cillín looks forward to spending time with his beautiful family, keeping fit and reading, reading, reading. He has completed three Ironman events and holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate with several European titles to his Cillín knows what it takes to achieve goals!

About Sam Noster

Sam has been involved with coaching and assisting others through various obstacles over the past 10 years. A current personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach, he has helped empower many individuals across all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, achieve goals they once thought never imaginable.

Sam's past expereinces in sport, study and fitness has created a holistic approach to physical training. With understanding the hurdles and varibles that indivduals come across in regards to weight loss and fitness habits, he understands what it takes to further ones goals and dreams, by creating an enjoyment towards fitness rather than the perceived 'chore' it can be known for.
