  1. Interviews with your sales manager, senior management and other team members to gain a 360 degree view of the challenge.
  2. Aptitude tests and analysis tools to determine strengths and areas that could use additional support..
  3. Having pinpointed the cause of the challenge, we set the required KPI’s for the project and agree outcomes and how we measure success.
  4. Create the approach and design the plan that will see the turnaround we need in just 4 weeks and get your sales back on track.

Enable: Make it happen.

  1. Content and materials are designed and created, fully focussed on effectiveness.
  2. We facilitate an initial session to deliver the new ideas, motivation and techniques needed to make change happen. Buy in from the sales manager is imperative at this stage.
  3. Implementation begins THAT DAY! This is the foundation of knowledge that sets up the working relationship to take us forward.
  4. !. In between we are on call for coaching and discussion. We also have regular set coaching times as required. We are here to FIX THIS!.

Empower: Next comes our coaching and support phase.

  1. Support, support and more support to ensure your desired outcome.
  2. We provide three forms of coaching – Traditional set coaching, on tap coaching to be available whenever needed + our ATTAC (Attain Accountability) app to measure progress against agreed KPI’s We also provide any additional training required.
  3. Structured reviews are set for the halfway point, where we formally refine any aspects we need to and work through major challenges to keep progress on track.
  4. We finish with a thorough review to measure your outcomes and plan next steps, as well as any further support you may need.
