We are dressing to impress. Think formal attire, linens, florals, European summer vibes and Italian vineyard elegance.

You may bring a plus one from outside the University on a double ticket, just make sure they are 18 or over and ready for a glamorous night.

All attendees must bring their ID on the night for entry and all student attendees must also bring their Student ID.

Tickets are limited so secure yours now before they are gone.

Can I bring someone from outside the University?

Absolutely! Each student attendee is welcome to bring one guest each from outside the University, as long as the guest is 18 or over. All attendees must bring their ID on the night for entry.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes! Guests are welcome to park in any of the reserved car parks situated behind the University on Durham Lane. Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are there any age restrictions for this event?

The White Lotus Ball warmly welcomes guests aged 18 and over. All attendees must bring their ID on the night for entry.

Where will the White Lotus Ball be held?

The ball will be held in the University’s Student Hub.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 7pm, welcoming guests to arrive anytime from then onwards. All attendees must bring their ID on the night for entry.

Will food and refreshments be served?

Absolutely! Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be on offer throughout the evening, accompanied by a selection of delicious nibbles catering to a variety of dietary requirements.
