Practical tips to keep your valuables safe

About this event

If you have valuable items such as hunting or sporting gear, bikes, quality outdoor furniture, a trailer, power tools & machinery, you want to keep these things safe.

Join Sue Abel, Neighbourhood Support coordinator and NZ Police, to find out how you can keep your home, vehicle and tools safe from theft and burglary.

Get some great tips - including information about the Menzshed engraving service, and the security marker kits Neighbourhood Support has available for home use.

There will be time for questions. This is a FREE event, suitable for all, organised by Keep Learning Mid Canterbury and Neighbourhood Support.

Under green and orange traffic light - no vaccine passes required, under red please show your 'My vaccine pass' at the door. Scan in on arrival and stay at home if you are sick.

Organiser Keep Learning Mid Canterbury

Organiser of Theft & Burglary Prevention

Keep Learning Mid Canterbury provides opportunities for Adult Community Education and is run by Connecting Mid Canterbury Charitable Trust. Each school term we put out a programme of approximately 10 learning events, open to the whole community. Volunteers & professionals share their skills and passions with others who come along - some events are free while others have a fee. Sometimes Mid Canterbury TimeBank members can pay in time credits and other community members pay with money.

Follow the Keep Learning Mid Canterbury Facebook Page to see what other events we have organised.
