Event description

Description

Many of our most meaningful and important conversations take place over a cuppa, so Good magazine is taking that time-honoured tradition one step further with, Ti Ora Tea Talks – a series of educational events covering a wide range of wellbeing topics.

Our first event:

Finding Freedom – Rising from your past

Each of us has had some tough experiences and not one can be compared to another as each is unique to the individual. We can let our past be a tragedy which can keep effecting our future or we can find the skills that help us to see our past as our biggest gift. It can help our personal development and help us light the path for others. Be inspired by these holistic experts' journeys and learn tips and tricks for a more expanded view of your reality.

Sit comfy, enjoy tea and treats while you hear from experts, feel free to join the intimate discussion at the end.

These information-rich events are not to be missed.

When: Tuesday 3 March, 2020, 6pm arrival for a 6.30 start
