Namaste 🙏🏼My name is Anastasiya and I studied Yoga, yogic philosophy & asana techniques in Rishekesh, India - and I’m super excited to share it in my class at Mind Body Soul Enlightenment Centre. It is my duty, as a yogi, to pass on the knowledge that I’ve received from my teachers, just like You, practing in the studio, take that calmness, self-awareness and inner wisdom back home, to your families & your communities
This coming Wednesday I would like to embrace to powerful energy of the full Moon through our bodies - we will be grounding with our feet, strengthening through knees & hip joints and finding stability with our core, in a traditional Hatha Yoga class, followed by a meditation.
