We help businesses who have an employee going through divorce, breakup or separation. We work with that employee closely by setting goals and milestones that if they hit will transform them & their businesses.

Coach Brad works with "Doers" - We mostely vet our clients to ensure they are a good fit for what we teach and how we coach them through their process. This is an incredibly difficult time in their lives and therefore we need to handle it with the perfect amount of clarity, perfection & confidence in order to optimize the end product which is a healthy & fit employee who then can step back into cohesion with the rest of the team.

What we found was that we were seeing our private clients stepping away from their jobs or from their respective work due to the saverity of their situation. That is when we had the idea to kill two birds with one stone - and that is very much what we started doing.. very well infact we grew faster & bigger than ever thought possible.
