This programme is for tumuaki, leaders, and teams who want to lead with clarity in complex times. You’ll gain practical tools and relational leadership skills to strengthen team culture, build trust, and drive lasting impact for your ākonga and kura.

• 2 workshop days (9:00am–3:00pm)
• 2 half-day online workshops (over two terms)
• Learning Culture for Learning Impact by Joan Dalton
• Access to an online learning space + resource pack

Course dates:

• Day 1 and 2 F2F - Tues 2 and Wed 3 September, 9:00am-3:00pm
• Day 3 online Thurs 15 Oct - 8:30-12:30pm
• Day 4 online Tues 10 Nov - 8:30-12:30pm
