This programme is for tumuaki, leaders, and teams who want to lead with clarity in complex times. You’ll gain practical tools and relational leadership skills to strengthen team culture, build trust, and drive lasting impact for your ākonga and kura.

Programme includes:

• 2 workshop days (9:00am–3:00pm)
• 2 half-day online workshops (over two terms)
• Learning Culture for Learning Impact by Joan Dalton
• Access to an online learning space + resource pack

Course dates:

• Day 1 and 2 F2F - Wed 29th and Thurs 30th April, 9:00am-3:00pm
• Day 3 online Tue 16th June - 8:30-12:30pm
• Day 4 online Wed 5 Aug - 8:30-12:30pm
