TUANZ After 5 Dunedin : In with the new: Upgrading New Zealand to the future of voice technology
Date and time
Location
Spark, Main Exchange Building
18 Tennyson Street Dunedin New ZealandDescription
TUANZ and Spark invite you to this After5 Event in Dunedin.
Over the next three years Spark will be shifting away from the legacy, copper-focussed Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to a new, fully digital, future-ready Converged Communications Network (CCN). The CCN will provide the platform for New Zealand’s communications needs for decades to come.
This is a project that’s been part of Spark's future thinking for over a decade now, and there’s been a lot of talk about what it will actually mean for customers. This is an opportunity to get a comprehensive and detailed view of what Spark's plans, the challenges, and the transition, from Spark General Manager of Networks, Colin Brown.
