Question: what do Wicked, Into the Spider-Verse and Percy Jackson have in common? Answer: they all twist a well-known story. It might be retelling a tale from a villain's point of view; it might be different versions of a familiar hero; or it might be relocating characters or stories into different environments. This workshop will get you thinking (and writing) about tried and tested storytelling in a completely different way.

For ages 12 and up

All workshop participants will receive a $10 voucher to be spent at the Tamariki Book Festival on Sunday 13 July!
