Do you feel stressed, unable to relax and chronically busy?
Are you feeling aches and pains and little niggles in your body?
Are you tired and overworked and need some time out?

What if you could learn techniques to help you iron out the kinks, be more relaxed and become reenergised?

In this 3-hour "Unwind" workshop, you will practice the skill of healing through touch and intention. Using Hawaiian massage principles & De Mousgraff Method massage techniques, you will learn to read your body's needs and develop your own self-massage practice to enhance your health and wellbeing.


INVESTMENT: $60 per person
