Our Sustainability Society 2021 Series continues with this webinar exploring the multi faceted role that nature can play in our future urban spaces.

Panellists from Aotearoa and beyond will speak to the latest research on human health and wellbeing from connection with nature, the role of urban biodiversity and ecological processes in Aotearoa and the potential for nature based planning and design to support an ecosystem services approach to evaluation of options.

The Sustainability Society is a national network in New Zealand established to foster sustainability across the built environment.The Society provides learning and fosters dialogue on sustainability through workshops, webinars, forums and other projects.

It takes a complex systems approach to sustainability, recognising that human and natural systems are increasingly interconnected and interdependent.
