This intimate evening celebrates both the past and future of Valli – showcasing the debut of the Valli Hogan Pinot Noir 2024, alongside the incredibly rare Valli Gibbston Pinot Noir 2015 – a cellar treasure that few will ever have the chance to taste again.

Each course is masterfully crafted to highlight the individuality and expression of these exceptional wines. From bright Rieslings and textured Pinot Gris to the elegance and depth of Gibbston Pinot Noir, every pairing has been designed to bring the wines to life through flavour, texture, and storytelling.
