PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOW A VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP ACTION NETWORK SESSION

We are proud to again partner with the International Coaching Federation for this special event during international coaching week in 2020.

Coaching has been proven by international research to be a transformational experience for leaders who want to future proof their leadership in a VUCA environment.

Join us for a virtual executive coaching demonstration with Master Certified Coaches (MCC) Sarah Devereaux & Linley Rose and Bridgette Dalzell Coachee, General Manager, Customer Connection Hubs at BNZ.

Expect powerful coaching, vulnerability and courage and come with a supportive and curious mind as you observe a live coaching session.

For those interested in deepening their own coaching capability as a leader or professional coach, join MCC Sarah as she debriefs the live coaching session where we can all enhance our insights into the magic of the coaching approach and conversational dance. This is a rare opportunity to join others exploring coaching as a leadership approach, its impact as well as the chance to enhance your own coaching awareness and skills.

About the coaches:

Sarah Devereaux is proud to be one of the youngest (if not the youngest) MCC Credential holders in the world. She is a dedicated wife, mother of three girls and the New Zealand & Australia Director of Training for Coach Masters Academy, a global ICF accredited coach training provider leading the way in Transformative Coaching. Having personally trained over 600 leaders, HR and professional coaches, Sarah is truly passionate about the impact that coaching has on individual lives, teams and organisations.

Linley Rose MCC is a veteran master coach (since 2001) with close to 10,000 hours of coaching leader clients and training coaches globally in many diverse industry groups – particularly Asia, Oceania and Europe. Her focus on delivering results with people, growing leader ability, developing powerful relationships to enhance workplace engagement and the client’s balance between business and personal success. In 2008 she achieved the highest level credential from the International Coaching Federation becoming New Zealand’s first Master Certified Coach. Linley has served other coaches globally as a teacher, mentor, assessor and as an International Coaching Federation leader as Director of Professional Standards and Head of Coaching Excellence in Australasia. Linley’s coaching is often described as having had an extraordinary impact. It is based in her great zest for life; an absolute belief that we are capable of so much more, that we can all live extra – ordinary lives.
