A day for Year 12 and 13 Māori and Pacific students to come onto campus and experience what the Dance Studies UG programme has to offer!

Dance Studies Mō Ngā Akoranga Kanikani, Waipapa Taumata Rau The University of Auckland, invites any and all secondary school students year 12 and 13 who are of Māori and/or Pacific descent to come along to our city campus for a fun day full of exciting, heart pumping Dance workshops and connection.

As year 12 and 13 students you are all in your final years of high school and will be making some important decisions about where to next! Your career in dance awaits you!

The day will consist of, dance workshops designed to enhance your passion and skills and a chance for one of your aiga/whanau/magafaoa/caregivers to come along later in the day to connect with our Dance studies staff, Graduates and current students.

Please note the tickets are for the students who will be attending the dance workshops not for the parent connect session. All students registered with a ticket are encouraged to bring a family member/caregiver along to the parent connect session at 2pm.

If you have registered for the event and are no longer able to attend, that's okay. Please let us know via the email below so we can release the ticket/s for others to register.
