About this Event

Whether you’re working with a team of two or 200, the way in which you interact with your colleagues will impact the success of the organisation you work within.

Using a coaching approach, based on neuroscience principles, you can get better results from those in your team by:

  • What a coaching approach involves, and when to use it
  • How to develop your coaching skills
  • Which coaching model to use as part of BAU
