We are three dedicated Equine Veterinary Nurses, pushing to create more CPD (Continued Professional Development) events for our fellow equine nurses.

Over the last few years, our individual Equine Veterinary Practices, have supported us in hosting our own CPD evening, which have been well received and valued by local equine nurses. This year our three practices, Cambridge Equine Hospital (CEH), Waikato Equine veterinary centre (WEVC) and Matamata Vet Services Equine (MVSE), have come together with the idea to collaborate our ideas and present the CPD evenings we have been hosting, as a CPD series. We want to extend our invitations to equine vet nurses across the Waikato and provide a digital option for those who can't make it and we hope to continue to host these events for years to come.

The CPD events will be held on; Thursday May 8th, Thursday June 5th and Thursday July 3rd, 2025. Each event will cover three to five topics, presented by individuals representing the host clinic and guest speakers. Topics will be relevant to Equine Veterinary Practice.
