Note: This workshop is open to all, including central and local government employees, private sector vendors, and the general public.

Learn about common web content accessibility problems, whom they affect and how, and get some practical ways to identify and fix them. Everyone who uses your site will benefit from your new insights.

You’ll learn, among other things, about:

• image text alternatives
• video captions and transcripts

Hands-on

The workshop is mostly about starting a conversation. If you want to, you can bring a laptop and try it yourself. It will save time if you’ve already got Chrome installed with the Web Developer extension.

Otherwise bring something to take notes with.
