Join us for every week throughout the summer for a range of different swim, bike or run training sessions that are safe and fun.
About this Event
SWIM
Between 1 and 4 kms and all distances in between with a swim buddy.
BIKE
Duration ranging from 1 - 2.5 hours - we'll make sure you are partnered up with a group that suits your speed and experience.
RUN
Finish off with a run session designed to prepare you for target events - or just to enjoy a trot with us before the most important part of the day...
