Event description
Come and learn to access the deep principle of Munay, or unconditional love through meditation and Andean maca ceremony.

About this Event

We invite you to break free of your attachment to the rushed chaotic modern way of being and dive deep into the principle of Munay - unconditional love. Join us on a unique and powerful journey through Incan cosmovision and connection to find a truly heart opening and awakening place of balance and inner peace.

MUNAY

The Munay meditation has been designed primarily for people who seek to learn practical ways to heal and love themselves, help others, and live well within their environment. The meditation in this class is designed to help people to access the deep principle of Munay, or unconditional love, and teaches tools that can be incorporated in a daily practice. We explain different aspects of Incan wisdom and discuss our relationship with Wiracocha (Creator) and Pachamama (Mother Earth)

This is a powerful ancient technique based on the philosophy of the Andes Incan culture and has been practiced by Sandra Choque - the founder of the 'Etnika's healing center - Peru' who is now honoured to be able to share it with everybody here in New Zealand. This technique can be used as an everyday meditation to improve the quality of one's life.

MACA

One of the sacred teacher plants of the Inca. Creating the connection to Pachamama and unlocking our endocannabinoid bliss - maca will be taken in Andean ceremony before the commencement of the Munay meditation. Known as the Incan food of the brain, She (la maca) guides us to balance and provides, resilience and strength from within. She brings us joy and bliss and reminds us of our connection to Wiracocha (Creator) and Pachamama (Mother Earth).
