Get ready for an epic opportunity to learn or refine your technique! We’re teaming up with the super awesome team in the Auckland Uni Strength Society to host a *women-only workshop night!

Whether you’re completely new to the gym and aren’t too sure how to get started or want an opportunity to get your form checked out, the team’s got you covered!

We’ll run you through the most fundamental movements for muscle growth and strength to help you build confidence and those muscles you’ve always dreamed of!

We’ll split into small groups and circulate through:

  • Back
  • Chest & shoulders
  • Arms & abs
  • Legs & glutes

We’ll then follow it up with a tasty post-workout snack and bevvys

If you’re keen, bring yourself and a friend in your cutest workout sets to Hiwa recreational centre, for 6:30-8:30 pm on the 25th of August.
