Event description
Deliberately and intentionally bringing positive change to workplace well-being culture through mental health conversations.

About this Event

We all have emotional ups and downs in everyday life, and challenging events impact on us from time to time. Mental health issues however, may go beyond emotional surface reactions and are often much longer lasting and can be far more debilitating.

Despite the significant progress that has been made in bringing mental illness out of the shadows, a lingering stigma often still persists. It hinders open dialogue about mental illness and prevents people from seeking help. The cost of stigma to business and society is substantial.

With the right support, people can realise their full potential, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and contribute to their workplaces, families and wider communities.
