Westpac Smarts: Mental Fitness for our current times
Event Information
About this event
Alongside our friends at Westpac, we'd like to invite you to our mid-year Westpac Smarts event, an in-person gathering where we discuss mental fitness for our current times, an especially relevant topic.
We’re very fortunate to have Natalie Tua and Paul Williams from The Strengths Shed show us how to face the mental demands life throws at us with more ease, flexibility, and optimism.
You’ll learn how mental fitness can make you more resilient and understand the neuroscience of how our brains come alive in times of uncertainty. Added to that, Natalie and Paul will bring to life strategies which enhance wellbeing and enable you to share these in an effective manner with others, especially colleagues, for the greater good. A key outtake will be moving the conversation from coping and surviving, to flourishing and thriving.
The real value in this session will come from Natalie and Paul’s practical approach, sharing their learnings around what people want in this area – more often than not, it’s being able to walk away with something they can apply straight away to their daily lives. What’s more, there will be an open Q&A with the audience to round out the event.
We hope you can make it!
