Explore the coastal waters of Whananaki at Otamure Bay.

Explore Otamure Reef, where you can spot triplefin, spotty, and goatfish! Learn water safety tips. Fun for the entire whānau (ages 4 and up). Our experienced snorkel guides will lead you on an underwater adventure.

Register your interest or simply walk in on the day.

You can bring your own gear or borrow free masks, snorkels, fins, and wetsuits. Go to the registration tent when you arrive!

Donations/koha welcome.

Monday 26th January from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Registrations from 10:00 - 2:30

(Back-up location is the estuary.)

An awesome day for all involved and a great opportunity to connect with the wai this summer.

Directions: Turn into the Otamure Bay DOC Campground and find us parked up beachfront.
