Tairua Rugby and Sports Club Junior sports teams are growing by the minute, so what better way to get behind our up and coming sport stars then by throwing a Wild Meat Extravaganza to help fundraise for upcoming trips, sports gear and general support costs.

To save everyone the trouble of finding a sober driver for the night we have Tairua Bus Company doing pick ups and drop offs for both Tairua & Pauanui.

They will pick up from Tairua Rugby and Sports Club 4:30pm and head to Pauanui to pick up from Pauanui Village Shopping Centre.

There will be two pick up times from Lakes Resort, 11:30pm and 1am! Heading to Pauanui (Village centre) first then into Tairua (TRSC).

We are super excited to announce that The local legend Dwayne Sweeney is coming to talk to us about his Career as a professional rugby player, his non profit organisation ‘The Water Boy’, his involvement with communities and keeping communities active and probably a few fishing stories will be thrown in there 😉 The big man has just completed 30 F45 workouts in 5 days to raise funds and awareness for The Water Boy! Next time we might come join for a day! We cannot wait to hear his story!
