Embrace the awakening of winter celebrating winter solstice. Join us for a transformative workshop dedicated to release. Expert guidance will take you on a journey to Nervous System regulation with breathwork, somatic practices, EFT tapping, sound healing, and embodied meditation.

This workshop is open to individuals of all gender and experience levels.
No prerequisite is necessary - whether you're new to these practices or seasoned in the art of self-care, you'll find a welcoming space to explore, release and reconnect.

- Yoga Mat
- A coushin to seat more comfortably
- A blanket for comfort
- Water to stay hydrated
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
Refrain from consuming caffeine or heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to the workshop.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and relaxation.
