Overview

Wired to Work is a 6 session online workshop series built around one central idea: your brain isn't the problem. The way you're using it is.

Wired to Work A four-week online workshop series for business owners and leaders

Most people assume the way they work is just how work is. That the pace, the pressure, the constant sense of being behind is simply the price of running a business or leading a team.

It is not. And the research is clear on that.

Wired to Work is a six-session online workshop series built around one central idea: your brain is not the problem. The way you are using it is.

Drawing on neuroscience, behavioural science, and the practical reality of what it actually takes to run a business, this series gives you a deep understanding of how your brain manages energy, attention, and decision-making across the working day, and what you can do to start working with it rather than against it.

What the series covers:

Session 1: Launch Setting the scene, meeting the team, understanding the purpose and understanding the process.

Session 2: How Your Brain Actually Works The brain battery concept. What cognitive energy is, what depletes it, and what restores it. Why most business owners are running on near-empty by Tuesday afternoon and do not realise it.

Session 3: Prioritisation and the Thinking Brain The neuroscience of task-switching and why the endless to-do list is a cognitive trap. A deep dive into the HAC System, ProMind's three-bin prioritisation framework that replaces scattered information with a single source of truth.

Session 4: Structure, Chronotype, and Your Peak Hours How to identify and protect the hours when your brain performs at its best. Calendar design as a performance tool, not a diary. Time blocking and the science behind why batch processing works.

Session 5: Protection, Interruptions, and Attention Theft The neuroscience of distraction and why recovery from a single interruption takes far longer than most people realise. How to design a communication environment that protects your cognitive energy rather than draining it.

Session 6: Your Wired to Work Plan Wrap-up session. Why good intentions rarely survive contact with a busy week. You build a personal action plan combining everything from the series. What sustainable change actually looks like and what continued support from ProMind looks like.

The format:

Six sessions. A 60-min meet & greet. 4 consecutive 90-minute workshops on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm NZST. One 45-minute Q&A on Friday lunchtimes at 12:30 pm NZST. A 60-min wrap up on Tuesday at 7:00pm to tie it all together. All sessions are live and online via Teams. Recordings are available for registered participants.

This series is for you if:

You feel like you are constantly reactive and cannot seem to get ahead of your work. You know your current way of working is not sustainable but you are not sure what to change. You have read the books and tried the productivity systems and none of them have stuck. You want to understand the science behind why you work the way you do, not just be handed another tool.

Investment:

$699 standard registration. $399 with discount code WIRED, available exclusively, for a limited time, to attendees of the lead-in webinar Does Busy Mean Productive?
