Overview

Stronger Together: A Women's Safety & Empowerment Workshop.

Welcome to the Women's Self Defense Summer Workshop!

Empower. Protect. Thrive.

Join us for a dynamic, hands-on workshop led by Head Instructor Jacey Sun (in-training), designed to help women build confidence, awareness, and practical self-defense skills.

This is a non-profit community event with a limited class size, so all students are given the necessary time, guidance and training as required. All ticket sales will go into paying the instructor and organizational costs of hosting future community events.

Learn how to:
- Set boundaries with confidence
- Use simple, effective techniques for real-life situations
- Stay safe and feel empowered
- No experience required!
- This two hour class is for women only, friendly and supportive!
