We created this Workshop Series to support small to medium businesses to focus on 2 key things - to help to generate more clients, and fill the pipeline of future work. Every business needs more revenue and it’s time to take a fresh perspective to see what can work for your business for 2024 and beyond.

Workshop 1 - Wednesday 12th June

  • Establish your ideal client, gaining clarity of ‘who’ you want and who has budget to spend with you

Workshop 2 - Wednesday 26th June

  • Online and Offline Marketing and how this works to generate new clients
  • What free or low cost marketing methods are available and ready for you to use right now
  • How to market ‘yourself’ and be confident in what you offer
  • Learn one of the key marketing strategies to position your business well, and communicate exactly who you are and what you do (help people to buy from you)

Workshop 3 - Wednesday 10th July

  • How to turn leads into sales and revenue
  • Mindset and how you could be the bottleneck slowing down your business
  • It’s not about you, it’s all about your Client
  • Meetings over coffee - it’s not about the coffee. Why the first meeting is the most important and how to create opportunities from day one.
  • Focus on ‘helping’ people and how to take the pressure off

Workshop 4 - Wednesday 24th July

  • The one key thing that most people forget to do and how this can lose you business
  • The important method that you can use to help clients have confidence in working with you
  • How to Ask for the business - key phrases and steps to have closing conversations, that you can feel confident and comfortable using in your business
  • How to focus on your pipeline and plan ahead for cashflow, workload and results
  • Wrap up and 90 Day Action Plan

There are no refunds if you are unable to attend one of the scheduled workshops. We will supply you with a training video that covers the topic from the missed workshop along with any training material that was given out on the day.
