Session 2 – Business Management – Invoicing, Bills and Document Storage
Thursday 2nd October

- Bills – Hubdoc v Xero upload
- Finding and storing files in Xero
- Debtor follow ups and reminder tools
- Reconciling payments (bank rec reminders from session 1)
- Optional – Customer Invoicing and quotes
- Optional – Payment Services
- Optional – Customer Invoicing 3rd Party tools
Session 3 – Xero Reporting and Advanced Use
Friday 7th November
9am – 11am
- Running and customising reports
- Tracking categories (divisional reporting)
- Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets
- Short term cash projection tool
Our team will be there to support you, we'll be working live on the platform in a demo file in a small group session on the big screen. Computers are not required, but you are welcome to bring along a laptop if you’d like to work through our demonstration in your own Xero file. If you don’t have a laptop, and would like to do this please contact us as we may have some spare laptops available.
We'll provide morning tea, and there will be time for a Q+A at the end including some 1 on 1 question time with our experts.
