Yang Tai Chi Slow Form and Qigong - Autumn 2022 - Group Class

Small group classes where you can learn or develop your practice of Tai Chi and qigong. Yang style forms and qigongs.

A typical class starts with some warm ups, and then has some form practise followed by a long moving qigong, more form practise of the same moves and finishes with a short static qigong to end the session feeling relaxed and ready for the weekend!

Waged/other $75

Casual rate per class (can't come all the time then this is for you!) $15

NB: Dates, times and prices are subject to change.

Refunds: per the terms and conditions for cancellation by a student. If a class cannot run due to Covid, then a refund will be made on a % basis of term missed. All missed classes will be counted at the end of term and all students will be able to receive a refund or carry over a credit to a future term.
