About this event
Join me on Wednesday at 7.30pm for an evening of yin yoga in Newmarket.
We will be working with a select few gentle yin yoga asana, pranayama and meditation techniques to cultivate a specific energetic effect.
Plenty of time will be given to allow for the integration of all energetic and physical shifts.
We'll finish with a deeply sedating savasana or yoga nidra to drop you into a deeper yet heightened state of consciousness.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Over 90 minutes, you will be guided through a series of meditations, breathing techniques & yin asana to help you relax deeply into your embodiment, bring your whole system back into balance and restore harmony in your body, mind & spirit.
Many of the practices I share are pranic (energetic) and have been transmitted to me by teachers of Classical Tantra.
Open up your intuitive channels to receive insights, information and inner guidance by allowing your mind to step to the side and tap into the presence and flow of the energetic body.
Cosmic themes currently present in our skies will be weaved into our practice so you can practice harnessing the cosmic energies present & integrate them into your body and use them to inform your life.

This yin yoga class is held each week, with each week focusing on the cultivation of different energies.
Ask me about my concessions if you'd like to commit to a regular yin yoga practice.
THE SPACE
The class will be held at a beautiful boutique studio in Newmarket called Breathing Space Yoga Group.
There is plenty of free off and on-street parking available.
Wear something comfy that is easy to move in.
Mats and all props are provided, bring yourself! Bring a towel to cover your bolster if you would prefer.
