About this Event
Inversions form an integral part of yoga practice. The journey to going upside down is dependent upon knowledge, skill and confidence. Many yoga practitioners exclude inversions from their weekly practice when one of these elements is missing. This 2 hour workshop will help address this gap. Here is your opportunity to learn within a safe environment how to start an inversion practice whatever your current skill level and ability may be, and to appreciate how inversions can be enjoyed at any stage of your yoga journey. Employing similar principles that the previous Yoga Fundamentals Arm-Balancing Mini Workshop was based upon, Ewa will help you distinguish and evolve both a skill and strength based practice suited to your current needs. This is best suited to (i) all practitioners who have an ongoing practice - new* or experienced (ii) past students who have attended workshops run by Ewa (iii) those who currently practice with Ewa.
