About this event
10 week block starts May 5th
5 weeks blocks start May 5th and June 9th 2021
The morning class will include; meditation, asana (postures), and the sequences will be energising and invigorating to help wake the body up in a healthy way for the day ahead. Come and meet the wonderful Jessie and embark on a progressive journey of yogic practice taught at a relaxed pace. Classes will focus on the underlying intention of cultivating awareness and mindfulness.
About Jessie
Jessie also brings a wealth of experience in Kundalini Yoga, Vipassana Meditation and Buddhist Philosophy. She completed her Yoga Teacher Certification at The School Of Contemporary Yoga in 2017, following completion of a Diploma in Outdoor Leadership and Management at Otago Polytechnic.
