Discover this powerful technique in which you learn to deeply relax on a physical, mental and emotional level.

I will guide you through a systematic method including body scan and visualisations to release tension and help you turn inwards, away from the external stresses of life, to make you feel replenished and energized.

There are numerous health benefits as the practice can help ease symptoms of stress-related conditions such as hypertension, insomnia, pms, depression, anxiety and hormone-imbalances.

This class suits everyone; all you have to do is lie comfortably on your back in savasana. Props are provided but please bring your own mat if you have one and warm clothing and a blanket.

These 2 classes are a little taster for everyone wanting to find a way to unwind and relax; I will be offering regular classes from July.

There are limited spaces so please be mindful when booking and let me know asap if you can't make it.
