Come join us for our Yoga Posture Lab Series where we focus on Aligning your body and Awakening your breath. Explore the connections between posture, breath and wellbeing. This is an in-person event located at The School of Modern Meditation at 1/1 Howe Street. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this series is perfect for all levels. Let's work on our poses, find balance, and breathe deeply together. Spaces are limited, so book today!

Session Two is all about the Functional Anatomy and Breath Integration.

  • Apply anatomical knowledge and refine your alignment in dynamic yoga postures.
  • Understand the mechanics of diaphragmatic breathing and its relationship to spinal alignment.
  • Enhance breath awareness and integrate this with your poses.
