Event description

Description

Do you feel completely overwhelmed by life with your newborn?

Or maybe you are wondering how you are possibly going to cope with everything once your baby arrives?

Stop panicking!

Instead, join other new Mums in a wonderfully supportive environment where we will discuss everything to do with feeding, sleeping, swaddling, resettling for your newborn. And so much more as well.

You will leave feeling empowered and confident, I promise!

What Am I Talking About?

I am Trish Martin, a Baby Specialist with more than 20 years experience in women’s health, and a Mum of 3 beautiful children of my own.

I run workshops for Mums of newborns and soon to be Mums, so that you can feel confident to make parenting decisions and to trust your instincts.

Who Needs This Workshop

Are you a new Mum that is feeling overwhelmed, tired, stressed, tearful or lonely? Maybe you are currently pregnant and you are worrying about how you are going to cope as a new Mum?

Then this workshop is for you.

What We Will Discuss

I want this workshop to be of immense value to you, so we will cover all the things that cause worry or concern. Including…

- Feeding, both by breast or bottle, and how to express successfully

- Swaddling safely

- How to both settle and resettle your baby

- Recognising reflexes and how they fit in with sleep and feeding patterns

- Creating positive patterns early so that you don’t need to sleep train

- Nighttime routines, dream feeding and night time feeds

- Recognising tired signs and how they will change as your baby grows

What You Will Get From This Workshop

In a word, confidence.

You will walk away with the knowledge and confidence to tackle this parenting journey.

You’ll see how sleep training is not necessary if you create positive patterns in the early days. You will learn about positive and negative sleep associations, how to filter out the good advice from the bad advice, and how your baby can share your life instead of taking it over.

Most importantly, you will learn to to avoid the Mum Guilts, and how to give yourself time and permission to think about you.

But that's not all

You will receive a free Ebook whhc has all the information included from the workshop so you done't need to bring pen and paper with you.

Plus

10% off all packages when you book a session

Plus

A prize draw of a gorgeous merino wool swaddel/blanket

What Workshop Graduates Have To Say…

Thank you Trish for all your assistance, support and guidance!! We went from a boy that will only sleep in mommies arms, to a boy moving into his big boy cot for all naps. The biggest win for us was for Juan taking the bottle after 3 weeks struggle! Thank you for checking in every day, for telling me I'm doing a great job and for giving me the support to persevere. With help of my friend Jenine as well Juan is now finally taking his bottle and can get some formula in to gain weight!

A very nice lady who not only feels passionate about what she is doing but also focuses on the whole family health and wellbeing by giving advices that are definitely very practical and not just a text-book... would highly recommend her services to a new parents and parents-to-be!!! Thank you.

This class had been a godsend for both me and my baby. So much practical advice that allowed me to trust what I was already thinking. There is so much conflicting advice but attending this class has given me the confidence to get to know my baby and make better decisions that I know will create better outcomes. No more lacking in confidence for this mumma.

So if you want to feel empowered to tackle the journey of motherhood, join me for this workshop
