An introduction to how and why using comic strip conversations and social stories can support children and young people with SCI needs. Learn how to write meaningful social stories within the session.

Analysing and managing behaviour- SCI

This workshop will offer you the opportunity to look at behaviour, to step back and look at those essential underlying reasons ‘Why’ and the function of a behaviour – before you then look at ‘How’ we can implement strategies to support the child.

Early identification of SCI needs -early years

The aim of this session is to help practitioners and teachers to be able to identify SCI needs in children and young people at the earliest opportunity. It will also offer strategies that can be used to support CYP in the classroom and/or setting.
