Download a Transfers report
The Transfers report will show you a list of attendees that have changed their tickets to a different event or ticket type. Use this report to check original order information and confirm new order information after a ticket change is complete. To get started, go to Event reports (under Reporting) in your event. Then choose Transfers report. To view this report for multiple events, go to Reporting in your organization settings.

NOTE: Access to the Transfers report requires permission to view “Basic reports.” If you’re not the account owner, contact them to check if you have this permission.
Download a Transfers report for one event
1. Go to your event dashboard.
Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to Events. Then select your event.
2. Go to “Reporting” and select “Event reports.”
3. Choose “Transfers” (under “Box office”).
4. Optional: Select a date range.
Select a date range to show sales that occurred:
Since sales started
This week
This month
This year
Custom date range
5. Optional: Search for a specific order.
Enter the attendee’s first name, last name, or email address to find a specific order.
6. Export your data.
Select the File type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:
CSV or .csv file
Excel or .xls file
Once you select the file type, the report will download automatically.
Download a Transfers report for multiple events
1. Go to “Reporting.”
Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then select Reporting.
2. Choose “Transfers report” (under “Box office”).
3. Select which events to include in your report.
Select Show events. Then choose your events and select Update report. You can filter by All, Live, or Completed.
4. Optional: Select a date range.
Select a date range to show sales that occurred:
Since sales started
This week
This month
This year
Custom date range
5. Optional: Search for a specific order.
Enter the attendee’s first name, last name, or email address to find a specific order.
6. Export your data.
Select the File type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:

Once you select the file type, the report will download automatically.
