Know before you start

  • The Orders report doesn't contain detailed information, like responses to questions you asked in your order form. If you need a more detailed report that contains this information, view your Attendee Summary report instead.

  • If you are collecting from the 'Buyer only' in your order form, you'll only be able to edit the buyer’s information. If you collected from 'Each attendee', you can edit attendee information individually.

  • You can change who you want to collect information from, but that change won't apply to orders that have already been received.

  • You can’t add attendees to an existing order.

1. Go to your Event Dashboard.

Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then select your event.

2. Go to "Orders" (under Manage attendees).

3. Find and manage individual orders.

Search for an order by entering the order number, attendee name, or email address. Then click ‘Actions’ at the top of the order to:

If you want to make changes to a specific attendee, select the ‘Actions’ menu next to that attendee’s ticket instead. You can only edit individual attendees if your order form is collecting information from ‘Each attendee’.

4. Optional: Customize your orders report.

Customize the following:

  • Date Range: View financial information for the week, month, year, or set a custom date range.

  • Order Type: Filter orders by status.

  • Sort: View orders by date, email address or amount.

  • # Per Page: View a certain number of orders per page in your report

5. Optional: Export your orders report.

Select the ‘File type’ drop-down menu under Export. You can export your report as a:

  • CSV or .csv (comma-separated value) file

  • Excel or .xls file

  • Text or .txt file

Once you select the file type, the report will download automatically.
