With years of experience teaching students with intellectual disabilities, she brings compassion, patience, and a trauma-aware approach to her meditation and healing work.
A dedicated practitioner of Vipassana and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), she has used these techniques herself for many years as powerful tools for self-healing, resilience, and inner transformation.
