Terry Neild and Katie Ayland, founders of TN Business Coaching, are dedicated to guiding business owners through both the practical and personal sides of running a business — helping them overcome overwhelm, build structure, and achieve balance.
Between them, they bring a wealth of experience supporting local business owners — from financial clarity and strategy to personal development and leadership growth.
