For over 50 years, Cranstoun has supported people to rebuild their lives and create positive change. Here4YOUth offers confidential, non-judgmental support to children and young people around wellbeing, drugs, alcohol, and life challenges.

We provide flexible one‑to‑one support with a dedicated worker, meeting online, by phone, or wherever the young person feels comfortable. We also offer help with coping skills, healthy choices, and links to wider services, with support available for families and friends too.

Here4YOUth ensures young people never face things alone—helping them feel happier, healthier, and more confident.
