KITA is a youth development non-profit in Singapore that journeys with youths from under-resourced backgrounds through participatory, person-centred programmes and community spaces. Grounded in co-creation and belonging, KITA creates environments where young people can build agency, express themselves, and shape their own futures alongside a supportive community.
