Hi, I'm Hedgewitch Kat (aka Kathryn Clover). I have been running foraging courses for 15 years and counting. I have taught the Parks Trust Education Rangers, the Scouts, the Henford Trefoil Guild, and run full ay wild food cookery and foraging courses for the Parks Trust MK for 5 years.

I'm a regular writer on foraging and bushcraft for Bushcraft Magazine UK and Backwoods Home Magazine (US). I've been featured on BBC Focus East West too.
