I looked successful.
But it was costing me my integrity, energy, and joy.
So, I left to create freedom.
And if I am honest?
I didn’t land in freedom.
I rebuilt the same pressure – just with better pay and higher stakes.
Insomnia. Social Withdrawal. Fractured Relationships. Shrinking.
I told myself I was ‘figuring it out.’
I studied neuroscience. I went deep. I did the inner work.
We packed up our family & moved 2000km for a fresh start.
For a while, things worked.
Premium clients. Rising profits. Fewer hours.
Then my husband became critically ill.
I over-committed. I held it all together. Carried more.
Until I couldn’t.
I got help.
At first, the wrong kind.
More Visibility. More funnels. More clients. More hours.
And still – no real freedom.
That’s when I realised this wasn’t a strategy problem.
I had built my success on being needed.
On saying yes.
On carry more than most.
Even though I scale other people’s businesses with clarity & precision... I couldn’t see my own blind spots from inside the pressure.
So I got the right help.
And everything changed.
Now?
