It helps to align you more deeply with your intuitive heart, untether you from the imprints you’ve embodied and that have kept you stuck until now and open the way for big transformation. WHAT MAKES MY BREATHWORK DIFFERENT?
My approach to breathwork is gentle, supportive and heart-centered, yet facilitates BIG transformation.
I am trained and certified in 2 different styles of ACTIVE BREATHWORK: The first, an activating 3-part, transformative style of breathing. If you have followed me for a while, this is the breathwork I have studied since I began and that you know me for. The second style of breathing is a feminine, nurturing and integrative style of breathwork called conscious connected breathwork, where we breathe in a circular pattern.
Both styles of breathwork are powerful forms of self-healing that connect you more deeply to your body, move stuck energy and emotions and open the portal to your heart’s intuitive wisdom. While the experience of breathwork is unique to each participant, you will leave feeling more embodied, heart-centred and connected to your authentic self.
