Martina C Steiger
Martina C Steiger works as a life coach, educator and facilitator in private practice. Facilitation of reflective workshops for staff, volunteers and the community at large through the Hospice of Waterloo Region constitutes a significant aspect of her work. Her special interests are reflective writing and listening workshops, stress reduction and getting unstuck, Spiritual Direction as well as wholistic health and healing,with a focus on how death and dying can inspire us to live life more fully now.
She also serves as an instructor in the Lifelong Learning Program at Wilfrid Laurier University.
